Payment methods

Protected by iyzico

Payments are processed through iyzico, a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. Your card details are handled directly by iyzico's PCI DSS-compliant systems; your card number, expiry date and security code (CVV) never reach our servers and are never stored by us.

3D Secure

3D Secure verification applies to all card payments. During checkout, your bank sends a one-time password to the phone number registered to your card. Your payment is completed once you enter this code on your bank's screen. If you don't receive the 3D Secure code, check that your card is enabled for online shopping and that your phone number is up to date with your bank.

Installment options

• You can pay in up to 12 installments with credit cards from our partner banks.
• The installment options available for your card, and any installment interest, are shown at checkout once you enter your card number.
• The number of installments may vary depending on your bank's terms, your card type and legal regulations.
• Installments are not available with debit cards or prepaid cards.

Bank transfer (EFT)

If bank transfer is available, our bank account details are included in your order confirmation e-mail.

• Enter your order number in the payment description.
• Make sure the sender's account name matches the full name on the order.
• Orders not paid within 48 hours are canceled and the items are released back into stock.
• Your order is prepared for shipping once the payment reaches our account.

Payment confirmation

Once your payment is approved, your order summary is sent to your e-mail address. If a payment is not completed, your card is not charged; a temporary authorization hold from your bank may appear briefly and is released automatically by the bank.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in a single payment to the card you paid with or, for bank transfer (EFT) payments, to an IBAN registered in your name. For installment purchases, your bank may apply the refund according to its own practice, either by canceling the remaining installments or by crediting it in installments. Invoice

Your invoice is issued electronically and sent to your e-mail address. For a corporate invoice, enter your company name, tax office and tax number at checkout.
