This form has been prepared to inform the Buyer before the distance sales contract is concluded, pursuant to Article 48 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) published in Official Gazette No. 29188 dated November 27, 2014.

3. Key Characteristics and Price of the Product

The type, model, color, size, quantity and sales price (including taxes) of the products subject to the contract are set out below. Information on the leather type, lining, hardware and care is provided on the relevant product page.

• All prices include VAT. No additional fee is charged to the Buyer other than those stated above.
• The products are made of genuine leather. Slight differences in color, texture and pores between products are natural characteristics of genuine leather.
• Prices and promotions announced on product pages remain valid until they are updated. The price of an ordered product is its price at the time the order is placed.

4. Payment Information

• Card payments are processed through the infrastructure of iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, with 3D Secure verification. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
• Credit card payment options of up to 12 installments are offered subject to the bank's terms and applicable legal regulations. For installment payments, any installment interest was shown at the payment step and is reflected in the total amount.
• By confirming the order, the Buyer undertakes to pay the product price and the other amounts stated.

5. Delivery Information

• The product is shipped to the delivery address stated above via Yurtiçi Kargo.
• Orders are handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Under no circumstances will the delivery period exceed 30 days from the date the order reaches the Seller.
• Shipping is free for orders of ₺10,000.00 or more; for orders below this amount, the shipping fee is ₺99.00.
• The risk of loss of or damage to the Product before its delivery to the Buyer lies with the Seller.
• For damaged packages, a damage report must be drawn up by the courier before delivery is accepted.
• We do not ship outside Türkiye.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to the Buyer or to a third party at the address designated by the Buyer, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
• Where multiple products are delivered separately, the period begins on the date the last product is received. The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between the conclusion of the contract and delivery.
• Discounted and promotional products are also covered by the right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal notice must be sent before the period expires, in writing or on a durable medium, through one of the following channels:

I hereby give notice that I am exercising my right of withdrawal from the distance sales contract for the following products. Order number, order date, delivery date, product name and quantity, full name, address, date.

Return of the product

• The Buyer sends the product back within 10 days of the withdrawal notice.
• For returns made via Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code provided by the Seller, shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
• Where possible, the product should be returned with its original packaging, tags and any accessories.
• The Buyer is not liable for changes resulting from trying on the product in line with its nature and instructions for use. The Buyer is liable for any loss of value caused by use beyond what would be possible when trying the product on in a store (extended wear, perfume or cigarette odor, stains, removed tags, damage to the leather).

Refund

• Within 14 days at the latest of the date the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller, the Seller refunds all payments collected, including delivery costs, in a single payment, without imposing any cost on the Buyer and in a manner compatible with the payment method used for the purchase.
• The time it takes for the amount to appear on the card varies by bank. For installment transactions, the bank may reflect the refund in installments according to its own practice.
• Payments made by bank transfer (EFT) are refunded to an IBAN registered in the Buyer's name.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs (products made to custom measurements, altered at the Buyer's request, or personalized with a name, monogram, print or similar),
• Products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons,
• Other cases listed in Article 15 of the Regulation.

Products purchased by selecting from the standard size options are not covered by this exception. Products not eligible for withdrawal are indicated separately on the product page.

8. Defective Goods and Warranty

If the product proves to be defective, the Buyer may exercise one of the following rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective equivalent. Shipping costs for returns of defective products are borne by the Seller. Liability for defective goods is subject to a limitation period of 2 years from delivery.

9. Complaints and Objections

• The Buyer may submit requests and complaints to the Seller via admin@derileather.com, 0544 922 25 08.
• In the event of a dispute, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Buyer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those limits.
• Applications to Consumer Arbitration Committees can be made on e-Devlet (e-Government portal) through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).
• Applying to a mediator before filing a lawsuit with the Consumer Courts is a mandatory precondition for bringing the action.

10. Personal Data

The Buyer's personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in accordance with the KVKK Privacy Notice published on the Site. Commercial electronic messages are sent only with the Buyer's separate consent given under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun).

11. Confirmation

The Buyer acknowledges that, before placing the order, they were informed of the seller information, the key characteristics of the product, the total price including taxes, the payment and delivery information, the right of withdrawal and how to exercise it, and the complaint and objection procedures set out in this form, and that they confirmed this information electronically. This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are sent to the Buyer's e-mail address after the order is placed.
