When will my order arrive?
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is carefully packed within 1–3 business days and sent on its way with Yurtiçi Kargo. After shipping, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times may be longer during busy sale periods; if so, we'll keep you informed. By law, delivery will never exceed 30 days from the date of your order.
Order tracking
When your order ships, your tracking number is sent to you by e-mail and SMS. You can track your package on the Order tracking page on our website or on the Yurtiçi Kargo website.
Packaging
Leather jackets are folded with care to avoid creases and shipped in a breathable dust bag. After unpacking, we recommend hanging your jacket on a wide-shouldered hanger; light wrinkles will fall out on their own within a few days.
When receiving your package
- Check the outside of the package before accepting it.
- If the package looks crushed, wet, torn or opened, ask the courier to prepare a damage report and notify us at admin@derileather.com with photos.
- Delivery to a person at your address who accepts the package on your behalf is considered delivery to you.
What if I'm not at home?
If the courier can't find you at the address, they will leave a notice, and your package will be held at the nearest branch for the period set by the carrier. Packages not collected within this period are returned to us; we'll then contact you and offer the options of reshipping or a refund.
Changing your address
To change your address before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible at admin@derileather.com or 0544 922 25 08. For orders that have already shipped, an address change depends on what the carrier can accommodate.
International shipping
We currently ship only to addresses within Türkiye.
Invoice
Your invoice is issued electronically and sent to your e-mail address when your order ships. For a corporate invoice, you can enter your company name, tax office and tax number at the payment step.
